Visual Identity Design for the orchestral and vocal ensemble “PALMÓS”

Palmós is an orchestral and vocal ensemble of traditional music whose artistic director is Elias Zoutsos. It is an educational project open to anyone who wants to enjoy the sharing of music and is aimed at all instruments and voices, regardless of level. With music as its foundation and a wide range of levels and ages, Palmós is building a dynamic artistic community with the aim of both uniting creative forces and cultivating meaningful personal and social interaction. The visual element around which the central key-visual of the proposal is structured is the circular dust patterns that are created on a metal plate that vibrates at specific frequencies and focuses on the visualization of sound. In addition, some applications recommend a special recycled paper with a very distinctive texture, which in turn visually refers indirectly to audio vibrations.
